Our Observation

Too many teens who abuse alcohol or other drugs are unable to afford the substance abuse and mental health treatment they need.

In 2007, 26,765 Oregon adolescents were identified as needing a substance abuse-related intervention. That represents one out of every eleven teenagers. Only 24% received services, leaving 76% of Oregon's addicted youth falling through the gaps untreated, increasing the risks of their entering the criminal system and progressing in their addictions. Acting sooner could nip it in the bud.

We have made a long-term commitment to our youth---to support them when they drift from a healthy path.

Our Mission

Educate Northwest communities about their substance abuse and mental health needs and to help them access and fund treatment to save families and lives. As long as alcohol and other drug abuse exist, we will exist to reduce its incidence and influence.

Our Impact

To make the Pacific Northwest a healthier place for ALL teens and their families to thrive.

We are a federally registered 501 (c)(3) organization. For additional organizational information see our Contact Info page.
